CHRISTUS Spohn Health System's Wellness Services promotes the practice of prevention, early intervention and maintenance of a healthful lifestyle through education and participation.
Whether you want to make a smoke-free Fresh Start® or learn how to eat a more healthful diet, CHRISTUS Spohn Wellness Services wants to work with you. The programs are available for individuals at the CHRISTUS Spohn Living Well Center or at work sites.
